Students Under 18

If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian to use Captivate Exam Hub. By allowing a child to use the Service, the parent or guardian agrees to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on the student’s behalf.

We collect the information described in our Privacy Policy — mainly an email address, subject and jurisdiction selections, and study activity. The Service is designed for study and is not intended to collect sensitive information.

Some features require a paid subscription. If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian should set up and consent to any subscription, and the person who provides the payment card is responsible for the charges. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time — full details, including our per-subject pricing, the 3-day free trial and the way subject selections are locked for the calendar year, are in our Terms of Use.

• Students should not enter sensitive personal information (such as health details, home address or anything they would not want shared) into AI prompts or free-text fields.
• AI-generated content can be wrong — students should check important points with a teacher. See our AI Use & Accuracy notice.

A parent or guardian can ask to access or correct their child’s information, or ask questions about how it is handled, by emailing contact@captivateexamhub.com.au. Students aged 15 and over manage their own accounts, but may still list a parent or guardian contact if they wish.

For students under 15, we collect a parent or guardian email at signup. We send a verification link to that address, and the parent or guardian confirms their parental responsibility and consent by providing their full name and ticking a consent declaration. Once that verification is complete, the guardian email address becomes the authorised channel for the account, and any request that comes from it is treated as already verified. Requests from a different address may need additional verification.
