Contact

Talk to a person, not a ticket queue.

Captivate Exam Hub is a small Australian team, so email reaches the people who build the app. We aim to reply within two business days, and sooner during the external assessment block.

One address for everything: support, billing, privacy, accessibility, schools and press.

What to include

  • The email address on your account, so we can find it without asking twice.
  • Your state and subjects if the question is about content or coverage.
  • For a wrong answer or a broken question, the subject, the question's source label and what you expected — or use the flag button on the question itself, which sends us the exact item.
  • For billing, the date and amount, never your full card number.

Where things go

  • Feedback and feature requests — signed-in students can use My feedback inside the app, where you can also see what we've replied.
  • Billing — Account → Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing portal for receipts, card changes and cancellation. Email us if the portal can't do what you need.
  • Privacy requests — access, correction or deletion of your data: email us from your account address. Our Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and for how long.
  • Accessibility — if something doesn't work with your assistive technology, tell us the page and the tool. Our accessibility statement lists known issues.
  • Schools, tutors and media — the same address; mention your school or outlet in the subject line.

Before you email

Most questions about the daily loop, spaced repetition, readiness scores, AI credits and pricing are answered in the Help Centre, which is searchable and has step-by-step guides with short films.
